Nay Pyi Taw Development Bank holds annual meeting of 2019-2020FY

Nay Pyi Taw Development Bank held its annual meeting of the 2019-2020 financial year via videoconferencing yesterday. The stakeholders of the Nay Pyi Taw Development Committee and officials of the bank joined the meeting.
Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman Dr Maung Maung Naing, in his capacity as Mayor and Patron of the bank’s Board of Directors, discussed the Financial Institutions Law, Myanmar Companies Law, Central Bank of Myanmar Law and the use of IT in the Digital Banking sector as per Myanmar auditing standards.
Then, Deputy Mayor of Nay Pyi Taw U Maung Maung, in his capacity as the chairman of the bank, presented banking processes conducted in the 2019-2020FY and CEO Aung Kyaw Nyein read out the annual report of the 2019-2020FY.
The meeting also approved the BOD members for 2020-2021FY.
Daw Khin Myo Aung, Senior Manager of Win Thin & Associates Certified Public Accountants, read the audit report of 2019-2020FY. At the same time, Deputy Managing Director U Soe Tun clarified the further work plans of the bank.
After that, Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman expressed words of thanks and concluded the meeting.—MNA
