SAC Chairman, wife honour children born on Diamond Jubilee Independence Day

Honoraria and nutritious food are awarded to the mothers of the babies born on Diamond Jubilee Independence Day.

On the 75th Anniversary (Diamond Jubilee) Independence Day, 4 January 2023, 26 maternity patients and 14 family members of military personnel were given birth at military hospitals in various military commands areas. A total of 40 children were successfully delivered.
The children who were born in Tatmadaw hospitals and their mothers were honoured by SAC Chairman Defence Services C-in-C Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and his wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla at the rate of K100,000 per child as a gesture of honouring the Diamond Jubilee Independence Day.
Officers and officials from relevant regional military commands visited and awarded the honorarium and nutritional food on behalf of the SAC Chairman Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services. — MNA
