SAC members, Union ministers attend Myanmar Traditional Thingyan Festival

State Administration Council members Jeng Phang Naw Taung, Saw Daniel and Dr Banya Aung Moe, Union Minister at Union Government Office (2) U Chitt Naing, Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations U Aung Naing Oo, Union Minister for International Cooperation U Ko Ko Hlaing, Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Ko Ko and guests and their wives attended the Myanmar Traditional Thingyan Festival held by the Ministry of Home Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
The SAC member, Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Soe Htut and his wife, Deputy Minister Maj-Gen Soe Tint Naing and his wife, the permanent secretary and his wife and officials and staff from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Myanmar Police Force, General Administration Department, Bureau of Special Investigation, Department of Prisons, and the Fire Services Department and family members welcomed the SAC members and Union ministers.
Afterwards, the Ministry of Home Affairs personnel performed traditional Myanmar Thingyan dances.
The SAC members, Union ministers and their wives, staff, family members and guests enjoyed the water festival keeping in line with COVID-19 prevention guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health. — MNA
