SAC Vice-Chairman Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win receives Ambassador of Russian Federation to Myanmar Dr Nikolay Listopadov.

Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win received Ambassador of Russian Federation to Myanmar Dr Nikolay Listopadov, who has completed his tour of duty, at the Credentials Hall of the SAC Chairman Office in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
At the talks, the Vice-Senior General expressed his pleasure for the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Myanmar receiving Wunna Kyaw Htin honorary title conferred by the SAC Chairman on 26 June for his outstanding performances in bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries during the period when he has served for seven years at the capacity of Russian Ambassador to Myanmar from 2016 to date.
The Vice-Senior General and the Russian Ambassador frankly exchanged views on promotion of friendly ties and cooperation between Myanmar and Russia, further enhancement of cooperation between the two governments and the two armed forces in addition to existing cooperation, boosting cooperation in existing multi-sectors, and sharing a helping hand to each other in the international arena as Myanmar and Russia are the most fraternal friends, and exchanged gifts before posing for documentary photos with delegates. — MNA/TTA
