Security forces detain 37 rioters across country

Security forces detained a total of 37 rioters yesterday, according to the statement of the Myanmar Police Force.

Rioters across the country have been doing mass protests, fast posting videos and pictures taken during the riots on social media and immediate crowd dispersal in accordance with the incitement and information shared on social media.

Security forces also have been conducting riot control in accordance with the law, rules and regulations. Although there were not mass protests in various areas yesterday, security forces had to disperse the crowd with riot control agent in some townships and detained 37 rioters.

It has been found that many young people are not aware of their future and are participating in demonstrations by following the incitements behind and confronting the security forces in the front line. —MNA
