State Administration Council Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Maha Thray Sithu Min Aung Hlaing, wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla host dinner marking Diamond Jubilee Union Day

Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Maha Thray Sithu Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla held a dinner reception to mark the Diamond Jubilee Union Day at Nay Pyi Taw City Hall square in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
Vice-Chairman of SAC Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Thray Sithu Soe Win and wife, accompanied by Union Ministers, Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman and ethnic cultural groups welcomed Senior General and wife when they arrived at the place of dinner.
Then, the Senior General, Vice-Senior General and wives cordially greeted state/region ethnic cultural groups, chairpersons and representatives of political parties, members of peacemaking organizations, representatives of seven NCA signatories and four non-NCA signatories, region/state ethnic affairs ministers, deputy ministers, senior military officials, region/state Chief Ministers, Union Ministers, Union level officials and SAC members.
The Senior General and wife took the position at the dining table and viewed the swarm of drones that were flying in the formation of the flag of Diamond Jubilee Union Day, flags and maps of regions/states.
Then, SAC members Dr Banya Aung Moe, U Shwe Kyein, Saw Daniel, U Moung Har, Jean Phang Naw Taung, Daw Aye Nu Sein, Mahn Nyein Maung and U Khin Maung Swe presented cash awards for the decorated floats and the respective region/state chief ministers received the awards.
Then, SAC member U Khin Maung Swe gave the third prize for the float of Ayeyawady Region to region Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win and Vice-Senior General Soe Win presented the second prize for Shan State to Shan State Chief Minister Dr Kyaw Tun.
Then, the Senior General gave the first prize to Magway Region to Chief Minister U Tint Lwin.
After that, the Senior General and his wife enjoyed the dinner together with the attendees.
Before and during the dinner, the musicians of the MRTV modern music band entertained the audience with the songs.
After the dinner, the Senior General and wife watched the performance of the artists from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, region/state cultural dance troupes at the square of City Hall.
After the entertainment programmes, the Senior General and wife cordially gave the honorary flower bouquet and greeted the ethnic cultural troupes who entertained at the Diamond Jubilee Union Day event.
