State Administration Council Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing receives delegation led by Vice-President Mr Anatoly Bulochnikov of the Russia-Myanmar Friendship and Cooperation Association in Nay Pyi Taw on 27 October 2021.

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received a delegation from the Russia-Myanmar Friendship and Cooperation Association at the Tatmadaw guesthouse in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.
They exchanged views on the enhancement of friendly relations between the two countries, technological and investment cooperation in the sufficient production of fuel, natural gas, cement and steel as well as fertilizer at home, sufficiency of electricity, cooperation in public transport with the use of electricity, running of direct flights for smooth transport between the two countries, and cooperation not only in economy but in tourism, health, education and culture sectors between the two countries as well.
After the meeting, the Senior General and Vice-President of the Russia-Myanmar Friendship and Cooperation Association Mr Anatoly Bulochnikov exchanged gifts and posed for documentary photos together with the attendees.
Also present at the meeting were Union Minister for Planning and Finance U Win Shein, Union Minister for International Cooperation U Ko Ko Hlaing and President of the Myanmar-Russia Friendship Association Commodore Aung Thaw (Retd). The Vice-President of the Russia-Myanmar Friendship and Cooperation Association was accompanied by delegation members. —MNA
