State Administration Council Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing receives Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar Mrs Suphatra Srimaitreephithak at the parlour of the Office of the Chairman of the State Administration Council in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar Mrs Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, who had completed her tour of duty, at the parlour of the Office of the Chairman of the State Administration Council in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
At the meeting, they exchanged views on Myanmar-Thailand diplomatic relations and friendship, the adaption of Baht-Kyat direct payment to further develop bilateral trade and investments, the assistance of the Thai government for oxygen supply in the second wave of COVID-19 and humanitarian aids.
After the meeting, the Prime Minister exchanged gifts with the Thai Ambassador.
Also present at the meeting were Joint Secretary of the SAC Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Wunna Maung Lwin and officials of the Thai Embassy. — MNA
