subversive media are circulating fake news misleading the people by alleging security forces that the security forces lunched bomb attacks on Daungtha village in Pauk Township, Magway Region, leaving nine civilians wounded on 6 April.
Malicious media are intentionally spreading misinformation on social networking sites in order to mislead the people and commit fear and misperception of the security forces. According to a security official, the incident is also a false accusation to mislead the people against the security forces which are taking security measures near Daungtha village, Pauk Township, Magway Region.
Security forces are protecting people’s lives and property and are working together with the local people to ensure the security of the territory and the peace of the community, however the illegal subversive media and those who do not want the peace of the community are circulating such fake news. — MNA/TKO
