Temporary IDP camp in Sadon of Kachin State closed

Displaced people from Sadon IDP camp move to low-cost housing in Ward 2 of Sadon, Waingmaw Township.

A total of 16 households taking shelter at temporary IDP camp of Township General Administration Department in Ward 2 of Sadon of Myitkyina District of Kachin State moved to the low-cost housing under their plans on 30 June. The housing was constructed by Lisu Christian Church (Upper Myanmar) on 2.06 acres of land. The temporary IDP camp has been now closed, according to Township General Administration Department. — Zaw Win Tun/KTZH
