Tickets worth over K6.2 bln sold in 56th Aung Bar Lay lottery

Lottery tickets worth over K6.2 billion were sold in October, as reported by the Aung Bar Lay Branch of the Internal Revenue Department.
The 56th Aung Bar Lay lottery opened on 1 November, and a total of 6,232,920 lottery tickets were sold.
It has been announced that over K4,363.044 million (more than K4.3 billion), which accounts for 70 per cent of the sales, will be distributed as lottery prizes. There will be four K1 million prizes, 20 K300,000 prizes, 200 K200,000 prizes, and 2,000 K100,000 prizes awarded from K250 million, which was confiscated as state revenue since some prizes were not claimed.
The prizes include one K500 million prize, one K200 million prize, one K100 million prize, five K50 million prizes, six K20 million prizes, nine K10 million prizes, 12 K5 million prizes, 18 K2 million prizes, and 18 K1 million prizes. Additionally, prizes from Waiwai Sarsar Padetha will also be awarded. — TWA/CT
