World Cup qualifier match today: Myanmar vs North Korea

As part of the 2026 World Cup second qualifying round, Myanmar and North Korean national teams will face each other today, 21 November, at 4 pm at Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon, in their second group match.
In their first group match, both teams, having faced defeats in away games, are now determined to secure their first victory. They will strive vigorously for the opening goal. Given that the Myanmar team is in Group K, they anticipate achieving success primarily in home matches.
In the first group match played on 16 November, the Myanmar team was defeated 0-5 by the Japanese team. Meanwhile, the North Korean team last to Syrian team with a 1-0 score. The pre-match press conference for the upcoming game was held on the evening of 20 November at the Thuwunna Stadium press conferencing hall.
