YESC to introduce AMI system in another 18 townships of Yangon Region

Yangon Electricity Supply Corporation is going to implement Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) in 18 townships of Yangon.
The control centre of the Yangon Electricity Supply Cooperation has installed the AMI system in Pabedan and South Okkalapa townships.
Furthermore, arrangements are underway to expand the AMI system in Kawhmu, Thongwa, Tada (Sub-Tsp), Cocokyun, east and west of Hlinethaya, Thanlyin, Kayan, Latkhokgon, Aphyauk, Dagon Myothit (South), Lanmadaw, Latha, Kyauktada, Pazundaung, Botahtaung and Thakayta townships.
The software applied in the system is designed in Myanmar Unicode (Pyidaungsu Font), so it is easy to use, and it can be connected to banks to pay the electricity bill. — TWA/GNLM
