78 Myanmar workers leave for Thailand under MoU system

MoU workers undergo departure processes at the Kawthoung border.

Myanmar sent 78 migrant workers to Thailand under the MoU system through the Kawthoung border on 21 November evening.
With the arrangement of People Diligence Services Co Ltd, an overseas employment agency (Thailand), 78 Myanmar workers are to work for Thailand companies: Tangnam Glass Co Ltd, PMC Cards (Thailand) Co Ltd, Kanathai Industrial Co Ltd, Wesco Chemical Thailand Co Ltd, and T.P Group Interfoods Co Ltd under a two-year contract.
The Kawthoung district labour office, Kawthoung district immigration and population office and responsible organizations made necessary departure processes for workers and transported them to Thailand. — Kyaw Soe (Kawthaung)/GNLM
