Another lawsuit filed against former union minister Dr Win Myat Aye

Former Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr Win Myat Aye is being taken legal action for failing to come to clarify the suspicious statistics and office work of the Ministry, and the matter regarding the purchase of the COVID-19 vaccine using the general surplus funds of the Ministry.

It is announced to report to the nearest police and call to the telephone numbers issued in each state, region and Nay Pyi Taw if there is any news related to him and those who hide him will be also taken action in accordance with the law.

The former union minister is also facing a lawsuit allegedly incited and directed civilian disobedience movement to his staff members under the Ministry, and the Myanmar Police Force has filed a case under Section 505 (A) of the Penal Code and an arrest is being made on 21 February 2021.—MNA
