Model Paing Takun arrested at his home in Yangon

Paing Takun (aka) Sit Ko Paing, model and actor, was arrested at his home in Dagon Myothit (North) Township of Yangon Region, according to the Myanmar Police Force’s statement.
The combined team comprising security forces conducted measures to arrest those who participated in the demonstration against the government at 5 am on 8 April. Meanwhile, they raided the house of U Tun Tun Moe, father of Paing Takun, 24, located at No (1161), Myintzu Thakka street, 41 Ward of Dagon Myothit (North) Township. They found Paing Takun, who was charged under Section 505-A of the Penal Code at the Dagon Myothit (North) Myoma police station on 25 February and arrested him, said the statement.
The arrested model and actor Paing Takun will face actions in accordance with the law. —MNA
