Union Minister U Aung Naing Oo inspects One-Stop Service (OSS) at Yangon Region Office and meets with investors

The MIFER Union Minister holds talks with the responsible personnel from the Myanmar Fertilizer, Seed and Pesticides Entrepreneurs Association yesterday.

Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations U Aung Naing Oo inspected the processes of the One-Stop Service (OSS), functioning at Yangon Region Office for Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) yesterday morning.
Firstly, the director for the Yangon Region Office of DICA, U Myo Khaing Oo, and departmental officials from OSS made a presentation about the operational procedures of the OSS. After the presentation, the Union Minister discussed extensively the plans for the use of an Online System to facilitate the servicing processes for investors, departmental cooperation for better services, facilitating investment processes by following the Standard Operating Procedures, the situation on the support of the departments in line with rules and regulations, facilitating processes for investment.
The Union Minister also focused on making every effort to become effective and reliable departments. Then, the Union Minister inspected the preparation of online services for investors and the operational processes of the OSS office.
After that, the Union Minister initiated a meeting with responsible personnel from the Myanmar Fertilizer, Seed and Pesticides Entrepreneurs Association and discussed matters regarding the productivity of fertilizers, facilitation of investment activities for fertilizer production, advancement of the procedures for the production of fertilizer in the industrial sector and adequate distribution of fertilizers for seasonal crops.—MNA
