MoI Union Minister inspects construction of MRTV Diamond Jubilee Museum, shooting of Inzali Anyeint troupe

Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn and Deputy Minister U Ye Tint inspected the construction of the MRTV Diamond Jubilee Museum in Tatkon of Nay Pyi Taw and enjoyed the shooting of Inzali Anyeint troupe (a traditional dance performance with comedians) performed by MRTV staff yesterday evening.
During the inspection tour to the construction site of the museum, Director-General U Ye Naing of MRTV and officials presented the progress of the museum and objects to display in the museum. Then, the Union Minister said MRTV is a historic department and it should make preparations to prove that it has served its duties for generations and is a reliable service for the country and the people.
The construction of the two-storey MRTV Diamond Jubilee Museum has now completed by 70 per cent and will display machines and tools in successive eras of MRTV, scale models and studios to the public.
Then, the Union Minister met the MRTV staff and performers of Inzali Anyeint troupe.
MRTV will broadcast Inzali Anyeint performance every Saturday evening starting 1 October to entertain the people.
Moreover, MRTV also arranges entertainment programmes and broadcasts music shows every Friday evening while Anyeint performance every Saturday evening, international movies after 7 pm every night and Myanmar studio and modern songs after 6 pm every night. — MNA
