Happiness is a common wish for everybody. So, they need to start every morning with optimism and a healthy heart so as to win happiness. Everybody passes the lifespan from birth to death with experiences of sadness and happiness. In fact, they accept sadness and happiness as gifts of nature.
They must create happiness for themselves in various ways and means. Happiness is concerned with a good mentality but the age of life. To be able to enjoy happiness, they need to take a practice forgetting the losses and grudges. These losses are a hindrance to happiness. As such, they all should abandon the losses and grudges from their minds as quickly as possible.
One of the basic factors to win happiness is optimism. Those holding up the optimism can totally enjoy the taste of happiness along with their lives. Not only optimism but also good morals are keys to lock off the door of happiness. Those who embrace happiness can see the heaven of the world.
To enjoy the taste of happiness, everybody needs to change their mindsets to have a strong spirit. They must be able to overcome the burden of losses and difficulties they face on a daily basis. If so, they will have the chance to embrace happiness.
As one more thing, there is a good practice to have the lifestyle of laughing over funny things for possessing the happiness. Indeed, laughing can ease tensions. So, everybody should enhance their capability to be able to forget the laughing whenever they face troubles.
Doing meritorious deeds is based on important points to taste happiness. Those who perform meritorious deeds can enjoy the reflection of their acts with delightedness and happiness. Everybody should hold up compassion and sympathy overall. Those who disperse the compassion, loving-kindness and sympathy to all living beings would have the chance to enjoy the happiness as a reflection of their moves.

To overcome the tensions and depressions, everybody needs to take any kind of sports exercise. If so, they will be active with regular working of the heart. The healthy heart which operates good blood circulation contributes to the emergence of active critical thinking with optimism. It will be confident for happiness.
