44,318 people receive first dose of vaccines in Madaya Township

Health staff inject the first dose of vaccines to locals in Madaya.

The health officials implemented the vaccination programme for the people aged over 18 in Madaya Township of PyinOoLwin District in Mandalay Region at the respective vaccination sites yesterday.
The township administrator, staff of the health department, general administration department, ward/village-tract administrators, Fire Brigade members and Red Cross Society members participated in the vaccination processes.
A total of 44,318 people received their first dose of vaccines and 28,308 people received the second dose of vaccines in Madaya Township as of 9 November. —Soe Kyaw Thu Htwe (Madaya)/GNLM
