Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win observed the harvesting activity of Sinshwekya-2 sunflower plantation at U Myo Myint’s farm in Kywethat village-tract in Thayawady Township on 26 March.
Next, he inspected the successful production of summer paddy seed in Daw Aye San’s farm in Thephyu village, Napier grass cultivation for feed by the Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department in Letpadan Township and broadcasting of fertilizers on the surface of the farm in Gwaytaukgwin village where summer paddy seeds are to be produced. He directed the officials to fulfill the needs.
Later, the region Chief Minister left for the pig farm owned by U Soe Naing in Thabyaygon village in Okpo Township. After that, he inspected upgrading of the Nattalin railway station and the landfilling activity for the construction of Nattalin new hospital and the compound.
Finally, he arrived at the weaving and vocational school under the SME Development Department in Shwedaung Township and observed the training activities. He instructed the trainers to offer both the intensive and extensive courses to enhance the livelihoods of the local people. He also provided some contributions to the trainers.—MNA
