3 new special postage stamps to be issued to mark Myanmar-Russia Tiger Population Preservation

The Myanmar Post under the Ministry of Transport and Communications will issue three new postage stamps (worth K200 each) at 9:30 am on 5 September 2022 (11st Waxing of Tawthalin 1384 ME), for the International Tiger Population Preservation Forum to mark the Myanmar-Russia Tiger Population Preservation that will be held in the Russian Federation. The special stamps will be sold at the Central Post Office in Nay Pyi Taw, General Postoffices in Yangon and Mandalay and other post offices in each region and state at the same time.
As a special programme, the postage stamps purchased on 5 September 2022 at the Nay Pyi Taw Central Post Office, the Yangon Post Office and the Mandalay Post Office will have the embossed date marking. — MNA
