The 10th Meeting of the Task Force to facilitate the provision of Humanitarian Assistance to Myanmar through the AHA Centre was held at 10:00 am on 22 November 2022 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw.
The Meeting was chaired by U Ko Ko Hlaing, Union Minister for International Cooperation and Chairman of the Myanmar Task Force and attended by Vice-Chairpersons of Task Force, Dr Thet Khaing Win, Union Minister for Health, and Dr Thet Thet Khaing, Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement and members of Myanmar Task Force from the respective ministries.
The Meeting followed up on the conduct of the Joint Needs Assessment for the implementation of the Phase 2 Humanitarian Assistance Delivery Arrangement: Life Sustaining and coordinated among the concerned Ministries in facilitating the swift and smooth on-ground procedures. The Meeting also discussed the ways forward for the provision of broader humanitarian assistance to the people in need throughout the country. — MNA
