MoIC Union Minister receives Thai Ambassador

Union Minister U Ko Ko Hlaing of the Ministry of International Cooperation received Mr Mongkol Visitstump, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar at 4 pm on 8 December 2022 at the Ministry of International Cooperation in Nay Pyi Taw.
The Union minister extended congratulations to the ambassador on his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. During the meeting, both sides discussed matters related to further enhancement of traditional bonds of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between Myanmar and Thailand as well as on continued cooperation between the two countries in regional and multilateral fora on the basis of mutual understanding and support. — MNA
