Six granted land plots for construction of YP filling stations revoked under the law: YCDC

The Yangon City Development Committee issued a press release, saying that it revoked the six granted land plots for construction of YP filling stations under the law.
YCDC issued the 60-year land plot leased agreements to Yangon Petrol Co Ltd for opening the fuel filling stations in the previous government term. These plots were located in Dagon Myothit (East) and (South) townships and Dala township. These granted land plots have been cancelled under the rules.
The head of Urban Land Management Department of YCDC stated that these land plots were grant book No A 0037058 A of Golden Star Co Ltd on 63.895 acres of plot No 1 in Ward 62 of Dagon Myothit (South) Township, grant book No A 0035310 A of Yangon Petrol Co Ltd on 3.714 acres of plot No 13/A on Ward 12+17+18 in Mayangon Township, grant book No A 0035148 A on 0.699 acre of plot No 2-A in Thuwunna 23rd Ward of Thingangyun Township, grant book No A 0038147 A on 4.941 acres of plot No 613 in extended Ward 1 in Dagon Myothit (East) Township, grant book No A 0039600 A on 0.752 acre of plot No 1-A in Ward 17 of Dagon Myothit (South) Township and grant book No A 0041013 A on 1.415 acres of plot No 1424 in Ward 3 in Dala Township.—TWA/TTA
