Drugs seized in Loikaw, Muse and Tachilek townships

A combined team consisting of members of the Anti-Drug Police Force searched the house of Thiha Naing (aka) Nyi Nyi in Loikaw township at 8:30 am on 12 February and seized 6,660 stimulant tablets.
At 11:30 am on the same day, responsible personnel searched a Toyota Grande Mark II car driven by Win Htun (aka) Yan Naing near Oriental Tollgate in Muse township and sized 38,000 stimulant tablets in the car.
At 2:30 pm on 11 February, responsible personnel searched a Civic car driven by Paing Min Thu in Tachilek township and sized 300,000 stimulant tablets in the car.
Offenders were prosecuted under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law. — MNA/MKKS
