Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win and wife Daw Than Than Nwe paid respects to one Independence Mawgun second class award winner and four Independence Mawgun third class award winners who attended the 78th Anniversary of Armed Forces Day Parade with a tea party at the hall of Bayintnaung Villa in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.
At the ceremony, the Vice-Senior General and his wife, the Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) and wife, and senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief asked after the health conditions of Independence Mawgun award winners individually and presented fortified edible bird nests and cash award to them.
Then, the Vice-Senior General and his wife joined the tea party together with the Independence Mawgun award winners. — MNA/TTA
