MoFA Union Minister receives Cambodian Ambassador

U Than Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received Mr Chum Angvichet, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
During the courtesy call, the Union Minister congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
They candidly exchanged views on matters on the further advancement of the existing friendly bilateral ties, and the intensification of mutually beneficial cooperation across areas of common interest including trade, tourism, education, religious and cultural affairs as well as closer collaboration in regional and multilateral arenas. — MNA
