Another 55 electric vehicles arrive at Yangon Port

Another 55 EVs arrived at Yangon Port on 10 July, according to the Ministry of Commerce.
With the approval of the Steering Committee on National-Level Development of Electric Vehicles and Related Industries, NPK Motors Co Ltd imported 47 MG and MG4 (Mulan) electric vehicles, three MG Marvel R electric vehicles and five MG and MG5 electric vehicles.
These vehicles were legal for claiming following the required procedures, and the import of these EVs is exempted from Customs duties. — TWA/MKKS
