Myanmar Traditional Boxing (Lethwei) Federation provides cash for former boxing players, judges, trainers

The Patron of Myanmar Traditional Boxing (Lethwei) Federation under the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs organized a ceremony to provide cash assistance to the former boxers, jndges and trainers at Theinbyu gymnasium in Mingala Taungnyunt Township in Yangon yesterday.
Dr Tin Aung Lwin, president of the federation, first made an opening speech, and Managing Director U Myo Min of Popular Group explained the purpose of the donation.
U Kyin Oo, the federation patron, then handed over K1 million and presented it to each of the former boxers, coaches, and trainers. U Daung Ni, chief judge of the federation, expressed gratitude and had a documentary group photo taken with the attendees.
A total of K13 million was provided to 10 old boxing players, one judge, one chief judge and one trainer at the event. — Bala Soe/KTZH
