The ceremony to honour and pay respects to Chairman of Bago Regin (West) Sangha Nayaka Committee Presiding Patron Sayadaw of Jotikayon Pali Learning Centre in Pyay Agga Maha Pandita Bhaddanta Sumangala, who was conferred Agga Maha Pandita title by the State Administration Council with Order No 1/2023 marking the 75th Anniversary (Diamond Jubilee) Independence Day, will be held at the second floor of the three-storey Maha Thukha Jotika building in the compound of Jotikayon Pali learning centre in Pyay.
The ceremony will be at 1 pm on 7 December 2023 (10th Waning of Tazaungmone 1385 ME, National Victory Day). Sayadaws from regions and states are invited to the event even if they do not receive invitation letters. — Maung Shwe Win (Pyay)/KTZH
