A famous comedian Wat Ma passed away at 6:30 am on 16 April while receiving medical treatment in Thailand, according to his co-worker comedian Ngwe Toe.
Wat Ma died at the age of 59. “He died from complete kidney failure. He was receiving treatment in Thailand where his daughter works. He arrived in Thailand on 3 September 2023 and since then, he was receiving medical treatment by extending his passport. He passed away at his daughter’s house,” said Ngwe Toe.
His fans and his co-workers in the film industry posted sad comments on Facebook pages about his death. “I feel deeply sorry. Our attachment is more than brotherhood. I’m crying all the time. I wish he will not encounter such this terrible disease again in his new life,” said Ngwe Toe.
