DMH weather forecast: Anticipated rainfall across Myanmar regions

The Department of Meteorology and Hydrology (DMH) has issued a weather forecast on 11 December predicting a low-pressure area over the Andaman Sea and south Bay of Bengal, resulting in expected rainfall in certain states and regions.
The South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal are forecast to be partly cloudy, while the North Andaman Sea and other parts are expected to be a few cloudy.
Shan State is anticipated to experience more rain, with lesser rainfall expected in Sagaing Region, Magway Region, Chin State, and Rakhine State. Nay Pyi Taw, Mandalay Region, Bago Region, Yangon Region, Ayeyawady Region, Taninthayi Region, Kachin State, Kayah State, Kayin State, and Mon State are forecast to have scattered showers.
The forecast also predicts continued rain for two to three days in Nay Pyi Taw, Mandalay Region, east Bago Region, Taninthayi Region, Shan State, Kayah State, Kayin State, and Mon State. Meanwhile, one day of scattered showers is expected in Sagaing Region, Magway Region, west Bago Region, Yangon Region, Ayeyawady Region, Kachin State, Chin State, and Rakhine State, according to the DMH. — TWA/ TMT
