DPM Union Minister meets MoFA officials, staff members

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe met officials, ambassadors, directors-general, and staff members from the departments concerned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister U Than Swe highlighted that this meeting was the second meeting for the staff to present difficulties they face openly and put forward suggestions; government staff need to fulfil their duties efficiently; and learning capacity, hard work, good communication, fair and just governance and good management are essential to create a happy and successful workplace.
Afterwards, attendees presented their needs and suggestions, and officials from relevant departments explained the conditions that could be fulfilled. The Deputy Prime Minister concluded the meeting after coordinating the necessary matters. — MNA/TS
