Drugs worth over K28 bln seized in Tachilek township

A total of over K28 billion worth of stimulant tablets was seized in the Tachilek township of Shan State (East), it is learnt.
A combined team consisting of members of the Anti-Drug Police Force examined a house of Ma Ei Shan Kywet in Tachilek township at 10:30 am on 21 November, according to information. A total of 616,000 ecstasy tablets, 113.04 kilogrammes of Happy Water, 35,000 Erimin-5 tablets and a Honda car (total value of over K28 billion) were captured.
Legal action is taken against them and the Myanmar Police Force is trying to expose those connected with the offender. — MNA
