Ease workloads, burdens, tensions of child labour

Child labour is triggered by the neo-slavery system because it is one of the different forms of labour exploitation over the premature workers. Actually, child labour should not be allowed in any country so as to protect the rights of the child.
The General Assembly of the United Nations held in 2019 designated the year 2021 as the International Year for the Elimination of Child Labour. The United Nations set every 12 June as the World Day Against Child Labour.
The United Nations adopted seventeen sustainable development goals which all the global nations need to implement. Among the goals, SGD 8.7 states the immediate and effective measures to eradicate forced labour, end modern slavery and human trafficking and secure the prohibition and elimination of the worst forms of child labour, including recruitment and use of child soldiers.
The least developed countries, as well as developing countries, face the events of child labour in various forms. Due to poverty and parentless situations, a large number of children are working hard at the respective workplaces such as mining, industries and dangerous production of factories and production using dangerous gases but they cannot get the full charge of salaries exploited by the employers.
Those children are facing bitter experiences in workplaces. They serve the overloaded works rather than their age but they cannot get the salaries similar to the adult labours. However, they cannot leave the workplaces because the daily food supply is the most important for them. Salaries of the workplaces are a single way for passing their lifetime.
Some children are working at the light works such as waiters at the teashops, restaurants and helpers at workshops. Although they cannot get a full charge of salaries similar to the adult ones, they can console themselves for less tiredness in light works and lesser working hours.
The 5th Global Conference on Child Labour will take place in South Africa in 2022. Participant countries will discuss the nature of child labours in the worksites and seek ways how to ease the burdens of those child labours.

As such, employers from developed or underdeveloped countries should take sympathy over child labour with reduction of workloads and burdens as part of easing their tensions without labour exploitation to build a prosperous society.
