Khit Thit’s false report misinterprets attacks in Homalin Township

The screenshot validates misinformation.

The subversive media outlet Khit Thit is intentionally spreading false news, claiming that five people died and nine others were wounded by air bombardment on 1 April in Manawtha Village, Homalin Township, Sagaing Region, despite lack of any clashes.
The reality is that since 1 April, KIA and PDF terrorists have been shelling and firing heavy weapons, targeting villages in Homalin Township. As a result, villagers from Manawtha Village and surrounding areas were killed and wounded, according to a security officer from Homalin Township. KIA and PDF terrorists are also targeting locals, accusing them of being informants, and burning down villages in Sagaing Region.
These malicious news outlets are intentionally circulating false information to tarnish the reputation of Tatmadaw (Myanmar armed forces) and deceive the public. — MNA/ TMT
