Lectures on human rights given at Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar)

Dr Khine Khine Win, Deputy Director-General of the Myanmar National Human Rights Commission Office, gave lectures on human rights concept, Universal Declaration of Human Rights and establishment of Myanmar National Human Rights Commission and its activities at the management course No 13 for executive level officials and the management course No 14 for senior level officials at the Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar) yesterday morning.—GNLM
