Mark the celebration of World Bicycle Day

Health is the wealth of nature. Everybody needs to walk on a daily basis for the improvement of their health conditions as walking moves all nerves of the body to operate the regular circulation of blood. As such, regular physical movements are sure to improve health conditions.
Safe infrastructure for walking and cycling is also a pathway for achieving greater health equity. Hence, everybody needs to take physical exercises such as walking, cycling or taking practices of any sports. At all ages, the benefits of being physically active outweigh potential harm, for example through accidents. It is necessary to take special care of physical exercises. Hence, people should take cycling due to its many advantages. Such a healthy move will improve the health of cyclists and all associates.
In daily moves, people should cycle in going here and there. Cycling can cut time in doing jobs than walking. Depending on geographical conditions, cyclists need to take care of unexpected accidents. Generally, walking and cycling can provide a form of transport while reducing the risk of silent killers such as heart disease, stroke, certain cancers, diabetes, and even death. If so, improved active transport is not only healthy and it is also equitable and cost-effective.
The United Nations General Assembly decided to declare 3 June as World Bicycle Day. As part of celebrating bicycle day, people of relevant countries have to efficiently manage their incomes and arrange family plans to cut unnecessary costs. In so doing, every family needs to reduce consumption of fuel in order to conserve the environment as well as to cut expenditure. Hence, they have to use bicycles as self-transport facilities.
Currently, global countries are facing problems with a shortage of fuel. Moreover, they are under the burden of high prices of fuel. Although fuel-exporter countries are wealthy, consumer countries are suffering financial crises based on the expense of fuel. To be able to solve such a problem, global countries need to turn to a smokeless transport facility called cycling to do their daily routine.
In Myanmar, cycling is a favourite sport among the people. The family which owns a bicycle can easily solve the short-ranged trips as buses running along the cities are unbalanced with the number of passengers. Riding a bicycle can reduce the emission of carbon as a conservation of the environment through the use of e-bikes, easing transport problems, cutting important time and cost and reducing traffic congestion. Hence, all Myanmar people should use bicycles for shaping a healthy society.
