At the invitations of Mr Sergei Aleinik, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, a Myanmar delegation led by U Ko Ko Hlaing, Union Minister of the Union Government Office 2, left the Mandalay International Airport by the Myanmar Airways International (MAI) flight on the evening of 24 October 2023.
