Myanmar team leave for Indonesia to compete in AFF U-18 Women’s Championship

Myanmar women’s U-18 football left for Indonesia from Yangon yesterday to compete in the ASEAN U-19 Women’s Championship, said the source of the Myanmar Football Federation.
Team Administrator Daw Myat Myat Oo, Head Coach Daw Thet Thet Win, Assistant Coach Daw San Yu Naing, Daw Sein Si Si Hlaing, Daw Thuzar Htwe, and Goal Coach U Zaw Lin Aung will supervise the U-18 team.
Goal Keepers Lucier, May Khin Oo, Pyee Bay, defenders Moe Pyae Pyae Maung, Kyei Sin, Nan Shwe Thin, Phyu Phyu Win, May Thet Mon Myint, Khin Htay Kyaing, Shoon Lei Khaing, Nwe Phyo, Phyu Phwe, Midfielders Hnin Pwint Aye, Wai Phue Eain, Wai Hin Phyoe, Htet Htet Win, Hay Marn Soe, Khin San Lwin, Daisy Aung, Aye Htet Htet Paing, Nann Cho Hmwe, July Htet Wai, Strikers Yin Loon Eain, Theingi Htwe, Phyar Myar Moh Moh Aye, Zin Moe Pyae, December Hnin, and Su Myat Noe are accompanied with the team during the trip.
The tournament will be held from 22 July to 4 August, and a total of nine teams will compete.
According to the group division, Viet Nam, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Singapore will fall in Group A while Australia, Myanmar, the Philippines and Malaysia are placed in Group B.
According to the fixture, the Myanmar team will face the Malaysian team on 25 July, the Philippines team on 27 July, and the Australian team on 29 July as group matches. — Ko Nyi Lay/GNLM
