No gender quota set in recruiting workers from South Korea for first time

There is no set gender quota in recruiting workers for the service industry from South Korea, the EPS centre in Myanmar stated. It is the very first time from South Korea.
Only the nature of the business determines the ratio in terms of quota that is employer demand, and recruitment at work also play a role.
Furthermore, Myanmar has not been yet issued the E-9 visa for nursing care workers, and the current recruitment type is the service worker category (E-9).
For the first time, women from Myanmar will be able to apply for the EPS-Topik exam online, which will take place in mid-2024. The EPS exam is scheduled for early March.— TWA/MKKS/ED
