The police continue seizing the firearms and explosives of the insurgents to stop the violent attacks in the country.
A collaborative team with security members stopped and checked a motorcycle driven by Shwe Ko, who lives in Pauk Sein village of Ngazun Township, from Yangon to Mandalay on Yangon-Mandalay highway on 26 May. Then, he was arrested, together with the materials used in riots.
Similarly, the police raided the house of Kyaw Swa Lwin (aka) Zarni located at 60th street, between 34th and 35th streets of Pyi Gyi Myat Shin Ward of Pyigyitagun Township and arrested him together with five handmade bombs.

Moreover, the security forces inspected an unoccupied apartment located at Tat Lan Housing in Yadana street of No (12) Ward of Thakayta Township of Yangon Region. They found various weapons used in riots.
The combined inspection team arrested Moe Khine from Kyauk Khit village, U Hla Win and Kyaw Gyi (aka) Kyaw Thu Naing from Pet Lel Inn village together with the arms while conducting a land clearance operation at about 700 metres from Kyauk Khit Village of Singu Township of Mandalay Region yesterday.
Moreover, the police arrested nine people, including Wai Yan Shine from Sin Ngu Ward of Insein Township, at their respective houses, with firearms and anti-government documents.
The detainees will face actions under the law. — MNA
