The Ministry of Construction has called upon private entrepreneurs to undertake staff housing and public rental housing projects in Kayin State, as announced by the Kayin State Department of Urban and Housing Development.
During the financial year 2024-25, these housing projects will be executed in Hpa-an township of Kayin State, utilizing the state capital fund for implementation.
The projects consist of constructing a four-unit, five-storey building for staff and a three-unit, five-storey building for public rental housing. Interested private entrepreneurs have been invited to submit tenders for the construction work. — TWA/MKKS
