Law Amending the Petroleum Hand-dug Well Law

The State Administration Council has enacted this Law under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
1. This Law shall be called the Law Amending the Petroleum Hand-dug Well Law.
2. Sub-Section (b) of Section 2 of the Petroleum Hand-Dug Law shall be substituted as follows: –
“(b) The Ministry means the Ministry of Energy of the Union government.
I hereby sign this under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
