SAC Information Team holds 7/2021 press conference

The Information Team of the State Administration Council held the press conference (7/2021) yesterday morning in Nay Pyi Taw following the COVID-19 rules and regulations.
Team Leader Maj-Gen Zaw Min Tun, Member of the Union Election Commission (UEC) U Khin Maung Oo, departmental spokespersons and representatives of the departmental information teams replied to the questions raised by the media.
Team Leader Maj-Gen Zaw Min Tun extensively explained the Commander-in-Chief’s visit to Russia, the status of the COVID-19 disease and preparations for disease control, educational activities, violent acts of the terrorist organizations and misinformation, and the confessions of those involved in the bombings and acts of terrorism in detail with the PowerPoint presentations and video files.
Afterwards, UEC Member U Khin Maung Oo briefed on the status of the voter list scrutiny and unlawful acts and further activities of the UEC with a PowerPoint presentation.
The press conference was concluded after the Team Leader, the UEC member, and the representatives of the departmental information teams replied to the questions raised by the journalists.
Those attending the press conference viewed the displayed facts about the press conference, information about the arrested terrorists, endeavours of the Union Election Commission and findings on voter inspection.
The press conference was also attended by reporters from local news agencies, daily newspapers, local TV broadcasting stations and local-based foreign news agencies and the full interviews will be published soon. —MNA
