SAC Vice-Chairman Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win meets officers, other ranks, families of Taikkyi, Hmawby stations

Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win met officers, other ranks and their families of Taikkyi and Hmawby stations at the station halls separately yesterday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Vice-Senior General explained the implementation of the five-point road map and nine objectives by the State Administration Council, root causes for the implementation of two national visions: the prosperity of the State and food sufficiency, and two political processes: strengthening the genuine discipline-flourishing multiparty democratic system and building the Union based on democracy and federalism, the implementation progress, current progress of political, economic, defence, social and international relations arenas of the State, and efforts for the restoration of perpetual peace.

With regard to the Tatmadaw, the Vice-Senior General also clarified the implementation of the policies by the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services since the start of his term for military-owned and manageable agriculture and livestock farms so as to ensure food sufficiency, the convenience of food, clothing and shelter needs in the military units with the sufficiency of food and sales of surplus products to local people at fair prices, arrangements for the convenience of military personnel and families in food, accommodation, education, health and transport sectors, needs of security knowledge and awareness for serving the State defence duty round the clock, and sharing good knowledge with Tatmadaw members and families in implementing the four military-building tasks and convenience in service terms, and fulfilled the needs of Tatmadaw members and families individually.
The Vice-Senior General presented foodstuffs to Tatmadaw members and families of respective military stations to officials.
After the meetings, the Vice-Senior General and party cordially greeted the Tatmadaw members and families. — MNA
