Talk show on 74th Independence Day held in community centre in Htantabin

The Community Centre of the Department of Information and Public Relations in Htantabin Township held a Talk Show to commemorate the 74th Independence Day, which falls on 4 January 2022, yesterday morning.
At the talk show, Author Win Nwe (Pathein) and Staff Officer of the Htantabin Township IPRD Daw Su Hlaing discussed the emergence of an independent nation, the nature of independence, struggles for independence, the essence of independence and why it should be protected from loss.
Author Win Nwe (Pathein) explained the efforts of ethnic groups, students and workers who fought for independence which replaced the Union Jack flag with the Union flag at 4:20 am on 4 January 1948. He also highlighted the need for young generations to maintain independence and to be more united.
