Myanmar citizens queued at the Myanmar Embassy in Bangkok last year to renew their passports.

The Myanmar Embassy in Bangkok has announced the reinstatement of the token system for Myanmar workers in Thailand seeking appointments to renew their passports.
PJ passports expiring on 31 December 2023 will undergo renewal, requiring PJ passport holders to visit the old Myanmar Embassy in person. They should bring their passports to obtain tokens for appointments.
This process is scheduled for between 8 am and 12 noon on Saturdays, starting from 2 December 2023.
The embassy emphasizes that individuals without a token for an appointment will not be accepted for passport renewal. — TWA/ TMT
