Vice-Senior General Soe Win stresses the needs for readiness of the Tatmadaw to discharge relief and aid in the natural disasters round the clock

It is necessary to maintain the trusts of Tatmadaw members and families as well as the ethnic national people, said Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win in comforting with officers, other ranks and families the military hospital in Aungban, Shan State (South) yesterday morning.
First, the Vice-Senior General gave words of encouragement to officers, other ranks and families receiving medical treatment at the hospital and presented foodstuff and aid to the patient Tatmadaw families.
At the separate meetings with specialists, medical officers and nurses at the hospital, the Vice-Senior General explained duties of those medical corps members with same vision to serve the national cause, needs for readiness of the Tatmadaw to discharge relief and aid in the natural disasters round the clock, and it is necessary to maintain the trusts of Tatmadaw members and families as well as the ethnic national people. The Vice-Senior General stressed the need for officials at different levels to take convenient measures for general staff, adjutant and quartermasters of servicemen and families.
The Vice-Senior General inspected Angiogram machine at the intensive care unit for cardiac patients.
Daw Than Than Nwe, wife of the Vice-Senior General, and party presented aids at the maternity ward where she gave words of encouragement to pregnant mothers.
The Vice-Senior General presented cash assistant for health staff from the hospital to the commandant of the hospital.—MNA
